The move was in response to the boy’s wish of working and interacting with the police for a day
Abu Dhabi Police surprised an Indian family living in the UAE by throwing a birthday party for their 11-year-old child as part of the Goodwill 2017 strategy.
The move was in response to the boy’s wish of working and interacting with the police for a day.
The police happiness patrol vehicle took the boy — who wore a police uniform — and his parents from their home to Al Rawdha Police Station where he was received by Hamad Abdullah Al Afa’ri, the director of the police station.
The child was then taken to the child’s periodical awareness centre, where a party was organized in which he cut a cake and was given gifts to mark his 11th birthday.
